Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls rice


  • 1 nos cauliflower pieces me cut hua.


  • 4-5 nos french beans pieces me cut ki hui.


  • 1 nos carrot peel karke peices me cut ki hui.


  • 1 nos onion lambai me cut ki hui.


  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp fried onion


  • 1 bowls dahi


  • 1 tbsp doodh me bhige saffron


  • 1 nos badi elleychi


  • 1 nos cinnamon


  • 1 nos bey leaf


  • 1 nos fool chakri


  • 4-5 nos sabut kali mirch


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste.


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp kewra essence


  • 2 tsp mint leaves


  • 2 tsp biryani masala


  • 2 tsp mint - coriander- green chilly chatani


  • 2 tsp roasted kaju, kishmish

Directions

  • Rice me pani, salt, cinnamon, badi elleychi, bey leaf, kali mirch, fool chakri or 1 spoon ghee dal kar 1/3 pakne tak ubal le.
  • Uble rice se pani alag kare, dhakkar ek side rakhe.
  • 2 spoon dahi me saffron vala milk mila kar fete.
  • Ek pan me 1 table spoon ghee garam kare, usme red chilly powder dale, ginger-garlic paste or onion dal kar bhune.
  • Fir sari kati veggies dale, biryani masala dal kar soft hone tak pakate.
  • Veggies ko 10 mins thanda karke baki dahi ache se mila de.
  • Ab ek pan me boiled rice ki ek tah lagaye, fir thoda veggies mixture dale, mint-corriander-green chilly chatani dale, saffron milk dahi mixture dale, kaju kishmish dale, fried onion dale.
  • Isi tarah se 2 layers bnaye, uper se mint leaves, kevda essence or baki bcha ghee dale.
  • Tave ke uper is pan ko rakhkar dhimi anch per biryani ko 10 mins dum lgaye.
  • Garam garam biryani ko mix veg rayta k saath serve kare.
